It's nice to know what he's all about at least.

But I wanted at least one villain whose entire life wasn't just some sob story. I want someone genuinely evil. Not misunderstood and angry.

Well for Kabuto yeah.I'm gonna say Itachi used it on Kabuto to speeds things up. Izanmi makes you have to accept destiny to escape.Could be you destiny or others. Its a counter for uchihas who use izangi for themselves instead for the masses. Izangi rejects destiny(Ex. A uchiha is about to get killed, He activates Izangi to save himself. Doing so will get alot others killed) and izanmi makes you accept destiny(ex. makes you accept what was gonna happen to you. So the end result is a better outcome). The real question is ,what the fuck is the enemy doing during all of this?
