Who are the legitimate candidate for voting?
To answer that question, you can vote for anyone, ranging from basic Members, to Contributors, to Moderators, or even the Administrators, since we're all member from the same community.

With that being said, you all have one week from now to vote and nominate. No, you can't vote for yourself.
