You can see Terramorphous off in the distance when you're fighting the bunker.
Yes, they're in normal mode. You have to get a Varkid to evolve into Vermivorus.

You beat the game right? Talk to Tannis, she gives you the mission to fight Terramorphous.

Im not sure if i should do a second playthough with my current character or start a new character.

I probably won't play anymore and just wait for the game to be on special sale on Steam.

A raid usually means an attack with a group of people, in World of Warcraft Raids are groups of more than 5 people up to 40.
But in this case i guess it means that it's a boss supposed to be fought with 4 players, not that it's impossible to killed it with less people though.
