skate,fap,listen to music loudly, draw, watch anime, play violent games that require little brain activity (MW3 works best), or just simply go to sleep

Then do that. You don't let off anger by singing kumbaya or watching funny cartoons. Anger is anger and you need to let it out appropriately. It needs to be physical and brutal.
