Topic: How to make a wheel in Flash.
General Purpose: To teach people to do a wheel in flash
Specific purpose: Start, Inside of wheel, the animation.

Introduction:
I. Attention-getting device:
II. Relevance to the audience: II know some of you try flash, but had a hard time with it.
III. Thesis: That when I done. They will know something easy to do.
IV. Preview of the main point:1.The start
2. The Inside of the wheel.
3.The animation.

Transition: Lets start theis wheel.
Body:

1. The start .
I. Open up Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5
II. Go to Create New.
III. Go to ActionScript 3.0.
IV. Hover over the Rectangle tool.
V. Click and Hold it.
VI. Go to the Oval tool.
VII. Go to the pencil box in pick any color.
VIII. If you like go to the bucket box pick a color if you like.
IX. When you done click and hold Shift
X. Hold it down to you get to size you like.

Transition: Time to make on the inside.

2. Inside the wheel
I. Go you your line tool
II. Hold Shift in the middle of the circle.
III. Hold Shift in put line Horizontal in the middle
IV. Go to your selection tool.
V. Click any four pieces
VI. Go to your bucket and choice any color
VII. Repeat V and VI for the other 3 parts.

Transition: Here the fun part the animation.

3. The animation

I. Put your wheel at the bottom left corner.
II. Click on 35 on your layer.
III. Press F6 on
IV. Right click in the middle
V. Go to Classic tweens
VI. Now mover your wheel to the right bottom corner
VII. Now go back to the first key frame (where number at).
VIII. Go to your Properties.
IX. In go to rotate and go to CW.

Transition: Now you know the end and outs of it.

I. Conclusion: The start of how to make the wheel. This is how you make the middle.This is how make the animation.
II. Reinforce thesis: When I’m finishing they will now how to do this.
III. Closure:Now you can go Flash class in know what you doing.
