Indeed she is.
KnK 5 movie would've been even better though if they'd kept the fight from the novel between Touko and Alba where she humiliates him (In the movie it cuts straight to Araya saving Cornelius from the jaws of Touko's familiar) and then later this scene where she humiliates him again.

The flames whip in arcs and try to wrap around Tōko, but in an instant, she moves her own hand, as if to pull the flames in. Sure enough, the fire is drawn to her hand, where it comes to a halt right before it. Palm open and
the concentrted flame hovering above it, Tōko uses it to light the cigarette in her mouth, and by waving it away with a casual disdain, the flames are dispelled.

You could watch it in release order, but it certainly isn't better that way, you're more likely to just forget stuff on the first viewing than piece it together and the movies are less enjoyable that way, I enjoyed the series more when I rewatched it partially for this reason.

It's one of the longer ones (around 2 hours like the 7th, most of them are 1 hour or less) has more high bitrate animation stuff and I'm guessing there's a grain filter over it or something, those can really inflate filesizes.
I still don't understand these sizes though, blu-ray isos are smaller than that.
