From what I read so far.
There are 2 Stories an original where he meets Yozora first and makes the club with her and a newer alternate version where he meets meat first and makes a club with her.

The other story with Kodaka meeting Sena first is called Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai+. It's a spin-off manga.
