[Anime] Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita 37627l


Synopsis:
It's been several centuries since human beings declined due to the steep drop in birthrates. The most prosperous species on the Earth are "Fairies", 10 cm tall creatures with high intelligence. I became a UN arbitrator between the humans and the fairies and returned to my hometown to help my grandfather. I thought my job would not be a tough one and visited one of the fairies' habitats to say hello to them but...

I don't think we have a thread for this yet?

I just watched the first episode and it's quite an odd one, a lot of dark humour and moe mixed in together with some rather fantastic art and soundtrack.

lmao... that opening cracked me up... It looks very interesting though! Gonna give this one a shot.

Edit: I like it so far, but i'm digging the short hair more than the long hair from the intro :(

Just finished the first episode 1. I'm hooked! I really like the gritty comedy and the characters are great, good voice actors, great artstyle. This ones a keeper!

Episode 2 was awesome... I am really digging this show! This is probably the sleeper hit of the summer, the synopsis and picture in the summer list didn't interest me at all, but now that i've taken the time to take a look at it, i'm glad i did, because its fantastic!

Another great episode. This show is ridiculously creative. Probably my favourite anime of the year so far.

My favorite character so far is the Grandfather, he refuses to give a fuck no matter what. Though the constant and seemingly inevitable threat of extinction that is hovering over the anime is a bit heavy for it. Also we need more science fiction mystery martial art voyage adventure action romance high fantasy horror stories.
