Someone said yes, but he got scared away when it said it needed his SSN to verify his account. (I've used it before so it's legit)

I'm honestly getting sick of looking at the thing...

Yeah true.

So I don't know what to do anymore, I can't even give it away because not too many people would be wary to use it (and like hell I'd just throw away $40 like that). And I can't refund it anymore. And paypal's customer service is shit and can't fix my bugged account (called 4 times in two months, got 4 different explanations and responses, none fixed it)

So now I have a $40 piece of tissue.

You wanna talk over steam to see if we can't work out the problem? I've been using Paypal for years and might be able to help out.
