depends on influences, my friend spent time around people who smelled like cigarette smoke for 3 months straight so i can see how he couldve gotten addicted

But I think you're looking a little too far into it.

Basic logic could have led anyone to assume that the Canadian Surrey is named after the English Surrey, I don't think being an American handicapped you from accessing that same logic.

I started working so I haven't been able to sit at my computer all day. Actually haven't been on my computer much at all the last couple weeks. But after Tuesday, things'll slow down a bit and I'll be able to get on more regularly.
