yeah 10lb (almost 11lb) is fuckin heavy for a sub machine gun, ive run around with a 6lb m4 for 2 hours and that gets tiring especially when youre doing tactical maneuvers

lets take other submachine guns in comparison the ump 45 is on average 2.5kg or 5.4 lb same with the mp5, kriss super V, FN P90, and the pp19 bizon of russia is actually 4.6 lb

the weight is due to the fact that the thing is basically all metal components apart from the butt stock, grip, and hand guard which were made with heavy wood, so later it was more or less replaced with the m3 grease gun in favor of the fact that it was lighter, more accurate, and cheaper to make
