Lol a 70" tv would be my entire wall. I got my PC hooked up to my receiver which passes the weeaboo videos to the TV. I'm gonna get that 55" Sony XBR 810C it's really at the top of my 1k budget

That's cool. So connecting your PC to your receiver gives you that good surround sound, too?

I wish I can do that, but it's more practical if I stream it to my TV

It sure does but for the anime the surround sound isn't true surround sound since the videos are mostly 2ch. It creates a fake surround sound which works pretty well actually. Loved watching Knights of Sidonia with it.

right, assuming you have video files that have actual 5.1 audio. lotta anime usually never have 5.1 cos Japanese can't afford it

god dam japs....well before I had the receiver and speakers I just had a straight HDMI connection from the PC to the TV but that was a long time ago

Valkyrie Mermaid is a special anime. But yeah fuck I saw those SanDisk Extreme PRO SSDs get $50 slashed right off I could've saved some money had I waited a few months. I'm just lurking around till 12 for some cyber-mondai deals on the TVs I've wish listed then picking up the best deal.

yeah, I got a Sandisk SSD Plus 240gb for like $60. A lot of the Samsung EVO 850 SSDs are on sale, too.

lol don't expect to be making bank right out, my friend was a network engineer he had to take a 36k salary right out of school back in 2011 but after a year and a half he started making 60k. I don't get how these tech salaries just double :|
