Shingeki no Bahamut - Cool swashbuckling adventure for the most part but then it gets dumb near the end. Bahamut sure was scary for the 10 seconds he was on screen. 7.5/10

Psycho-Pass - Had this one in my backlog for the longest time. Enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. 8/10

Pyscho-Pass 2 - Somehow did this one all in one sitting. While at it's core it's still good it's just not the same. All of the good characters either dissapeared or died in the first season and are now replaced with underdeveloped characters. Story shits the bed near the end. Doesn't give me high hopes for the upcoming movie. Still worth a watch tho I'd say. Just keep your expectations low. 7/10

Haibane Renmei - Absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is so amazing. Great soundtrack. Sometimes leaving things unanswered degrades an anime but here I felt like it only added to it. 9/10

NieA under 7 - After falling in love Haibane Renmei and wanting more by Yoshitoshi Abe, and not being mentally prepared for Lain, I watched this. As a comedy it's a complete failure. I think I might have chuckled once. As a slice of life it's decent. 6/10

Mouryou no Hako - Stumbled upon this on MAL. Being a fan of more mature murder mysteries and detective stuff I was super excited to have found this. This kind of stuff seems hard to come by in anime. The only thing that did it right that I can think of is Monster.

If you enjoy men talking about youkai japanese spirit thingamajiggers for hours on end this is for you. If you wanted a good murder mystery not so much. It starts of really promising in the first half but then goes downhill fast in the second half. In the last episode the investigator who figured it all out just pulls all kinds of stuff out of his ass without ever explaining how he got to those conclusions. He's just right. Don't fucking question it, alright?

The potential here was huge. I was really into it the first half, the atmosphere was great with the 1950s setting. That's the only reason I can still give it a 6/10.
