Yeah. I spent some time adjusting the colouring and lighting, blurred most of the background and sharpened Irelia herself so she'd stand out and you mean her breasts don't you? I like them too, props to the artist.

The quotations are there because word of mouth is she is not very good at acting, and no she is not allowed to say make a political statement on that because it's a touchy issue that might make a lot of consumers angry. Hell I imagine that several thousands people have now decided to not see the movie because of what she said

The quality of her acting doesn't make her any less of an actress (as in, the profession), you dolt. This thing's going to blow over in 2 days flat. And really, people are more likely to not watch the movie because of one of the actors' statements about a real-world conflict and not because it might just be a tiny bit shit? What a world we live in.
