This only regards the artstyle.
It feels strangely familiar and i can't ut an anime title or worse, a chara designer on that feeling of familiarity.
It reminds me of something as strongly as the original Gundam's art reminds of Macross' (Mikimoto Haruhiko loved this artist's style very much growing up).

what kind of anime are you trying to find? Do you remember what its about? Character names?

it makes vanguard princess awfuly familiar and might be one of those 90s anime then like proton.
any other title pop to mind?
