[Movie] Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin + extra chorus

Synopsis: Mirai Fukuin is a side story of Kara no Kyoukai novel series. It is divided into two parts.

Still waiting on non tumblr subs for Extra Chorus.

I hear it's better to watch that first (though I already read it).

I watched it after the movie; I don't think it makes a difference. And I watched the one with the tumblr subs just now lol. It was fine; there weren't any noticeably bad things with it.

I have a question about the Mother of Mifune. When Shiki met her for the first time in the first part of the movie, was she blind? Because when Shiki met her for the VERY first time in 1996 or whatever, the fortuneteller was able to touch her hand and all that, but when we as the viewers see their first encounter, which is in 1998, the fortuneteller acts if she's never seen her before.

I'll have to wait until I've seen Mirai Fukuin to comment, when I read the Kara no Kyoukai Light Novels there was no good translation for Mirai Fukuin, so I decided not to read it, Extra Chorus was a manga though and that got translated well.

Actually, I'd assume that the meeting in 96 was with SHIKI, and 98 was with Shiki.

So she treated them as different people?

I liked it, thought probably not the best of the movies.

UTW has subbed Mirai Fukuin, gonna replace my Commie version with that, this way I won't have to deal with Eotens.

They're doing Extra Chorus too so I might continue to wait until that's done.

Maybe Deadfish will do a v2 with UTW. :D

I'd just take the tumblr subs now if I were you, UTW had an update saying that some of their key people are gonna be busy for this season so Extra Chorus might not be done by them for a while.
