i dont know why people say the vehicles were useless, they are there if you want to use them, they are like an extra now.
the only time i didn't used the vehicles was when i was hunting for achievements

They were useless because you didn't need to use them at all to progress through the game. Right off the bat you ran faster than the cars

yep and running at the speed of light jumping over building was getting old fast, that's why i used the cars most of the time when free roaming
