Persona 5 Announced by Atlus, Coming for PS3 in 2014



The upcoming JRPG will be released on PS3 in winter 2014. No other data has been shared besides the participation of Katsura Hashino, Shigenori Soejima and Shoji Meguro (Respectively Persona 3 and 4‘s Director, Lead Artist and Composer), showcased in a short teaser with the message “You’re a slave. Want emancipation?”

Of course we’ll keep you updated on any further news we receive on the game, but for now that’s all we know, besides the url of the official site, which is available here.

One thing is for sure: many thought that the PS3 still had some life in it, and they have been proven right just now. Exactly like Persona 4 provided a fantastic farewell for the PS2, Persona 5 is likely to become an awesome swan song for its successor.
