Some of you may know, but most don't that I'm among a lot of stuff, I'm a member of the board of Sakurabana, which is an organisation focused on promoting Japanese Culture(be it traditional or pop culture).

And as in each previous summer, this years Japanism(Japanizam) event has come to an end.
The difference from this year is that we are lo longer a free festival, but a convention you pay for to enter, but we managed to get more then 5000 visitors in the 4 days it lasted.

The program as always was varied, raging from martial arts exibitions, papercraft arts, origami school, Japanese merchandise shops, art contests, gaming contests and many many many more stuff.

This year I was in charge with all the gaming related stuff, I hosted open gaming, tournaments, and the regions female tournament whos winner is going to Bucharest(Romania) for further tournaments. Besides The gaming segment, I was in charge of the technical side of our Cosplay Tournament event, which is always on the final fourth day.

For the last 6 days I was off the radar, but with this over, and relaxing that awaits me, I'm back :D

I had a blast, the ogranization was better then ever, and we managed to get a Japanese Jrock band to come and hold a concert, send one Tekken Champion to Romania, and out Cosplay Champion to London's EuroCosplay event, overall, damn good fun, and a damn good job on our part. And now, I crave for a few things I didn't have these days......relaxation and SLEEP :DDDD

Dear Noble, I've been there a lot of times actually and it's a great country :P

And it's Intel's huge event so good times are sure to follow, I'll probably go with the champ, since I know the city and as a representative of the organization.

So does the majority here, but this is Japanism, we promote Japanese culture, not Korean xD
