I just never liked the taste of milk.
My sister started getting lactose intolerant so my mom started buying almond milk.
It tastes better so I actually drink it every now and again.

Yeah I was fighting back sleep to try and get myself to sleep at normal time today.

you don't just randomly become lactose intolerant in your life. if it does happen it's within 4 years of weaning. only people who are actually unable to digest lactose become this way at this time. after that it's almost 100% psychosomatic.

acording to this its not that uncommon to be lactose intolerant overnight.

"Lactose intolerance occurs when the small intestine does not make enough of an enzyme called lactase. Your body needs lactase to break down, or digest, lactose."

My body stopped producing lactase. Simple as that.
Don't know what's so hard to understand about that occurring.

It's not once. I've drank it multiple times and have gotten sick, even vomited.
Not just milk either.
Sour cream, cottage cheese and ice cream make me sick.

I can get away with cheese but only in small amounts.
