My regular blood pressure is around the 60/70's. :/ I don't even see it as an issue anymore since I function "normally" with it like this all the time despite not even bothering to take measures into trying to raise it as I should.

well , different bodies and all
i think that my max and min where very close together, not sure if that has anything to do with it

i had to drink coffee which is something i don't do ever and now sugary stuff

I love how as I type about how my body functions normally, my arm starts hurting from simple mouse use and I've been feeling weak all morning (for obvious reasons).

I haven't had an official check in years, one time my father's gf checked everyone's after a dinner and mine was pretty high at the time, though it might have been because I was stressing for like 5 minutes beforehand.
