If it weren't inconvenient, nobody would care. Not being able to rent or borrow a friend's game is incredibly shitty.

So is needing to connect to the net if you don't want to. What if you have a shit connection?
How much information will you have to negotiate with microsoft? How fucking shitty would it be if you have to send a couple of extra megabytes of data to microsoft every day if you have bandwidth caps?
