Does anyone know of any single player action-adventure PC games that feature broad character customization?

Preferably something that has decent graphics, but isn't resource heavy... though those two things are generally counter-intuitive.

I just had an idea! (And it only hurt my brain a tiny bit!)

What if there were a browser feature that could have a separate home page and opening page... and the opening page could be different based on what day it was... or maybe whether or not you launched the program since logging in... and perhaps open to several pages.
That way if it's a day of the week you expect a favorite page of yours to update on, when you launch your browser, it opens to the page.

Additionally, I think it'd be cool if the various incognito modes could be password protected, and additionally, could have separate incognito home/launch pages, and a special (otherwise hidden) list of incognito bookmarks, passwords, etc...

would say skyrim, but it's pretty meaty. If you can find a phantasy star game, those games have huge customization
