Valvrave the Liberator

Plot
Shinreki 71, 70% of all human beings have finally migrated to space due to the development of space cities. Between two organizations called the Dorssia Military Pact Federation and the Atlantic Ring United States (ARUS), there is a small neutral nation called Jior that has prospered economically. In the same year, Haruto Tokishima, a high school student living in Jior discovered a mysterious mecha called Valvrave during the Dorssia's attack in the nation.
has the premise of every generic mobile suit gundam series that has a teenager MC.....but whatever its mecha so im watching it

It's been a while since I've seen any new mecha shows; the first ep didn't disappoint, despite some of the "generic same ol same ol" aspects.

This show is really reminding me of Infinite Ryvius. Can't wait to see things go as fucked up as that show.

the website doesn't even have any definitive info on it. And it seems like a lot of people are speculating that Akira will pilot it lol.
I also get the feeling that it'll be more like a "support" Valvrave. It still has that staff/scythe thing in the OP, though. We'll see.
