If you want to be sure to get any excess oil that doesn't rise to the top of the pot, I suggest you use an industrial centrifuge.

It works best when they're a bit mushy.

What's wrong with you?

When you reduce a baby into powder, you lose the flavor.
Only crackpots think that you can absorb the essence (or some such bullshit) of a baby by using the powder.
I mean... maybe you can do that if it's profitable... but you shouldn't waste the good parts of the baby for it.
Maybe grind the bones down every now and then, and use that... but only on the leaner babies, since you can use the bones of healthier babies for good soup stock.

No, no, no, no. If anything, you preserve more of the flavour by grinding, since boiling produces unnecessary reactions in the mixture. It has its uses, but they're limited.

And yeah, you don't have to grind *all* of it, you can keep the bones and a bit of skin for decorations and such.

Well, if you really want to get the best flavor out of the baby, I might suggest greasing it lightly (perhaps from oil you leeched off another baby for that pure baby flavour), then wrapping it securely in foil, then baking it on a low heat for a long period of time... checking up on it every now and then... regreasing it, and turning it over for an even cooking.

Or if you have a spare toddler around, you could tuck the baby inside the toddler, then sew the toddler back up with baking twine, and let the baby cook inside the toddler... kinda like putting bacon on a turkey so that it doesn't dry out.

I have to write that down, sounds good. I do prefer more raw recipes, I must say. Sort of like sushi? I don't know, the rice really works for me, and you can supplement and experiment with all sorts of baby sauces.

It's just a damn shame that there isn't enough inside of a human body (especially an infant's) to work with.

You know what's really annoying though?
Cleaning the baby out before cooking it... especially since you can choose between a slightly older baby that due to diet is harder to clean... or a fresher baby that hasn't had solid food (or any food, if it was just pushed out), but is still really small.
Either way, it's not ideal.
