Well... I'd feel weird about asserting that the point is specifically to get him evicted.
I think the point would more be to disrupt the sanctity of his living space unexpectedly. A homosexual orgy would accomplish that swimmingly, I think... and may lead to him getting evicted, and thrown onto the streets with nothing but the (now jizz-stained) clothes on his back, which would be humorous... but it's not the ultimate goal... more like a reasonable extension of the overall goal of lulz.
