Maybe for the US , by the time it was released in Europe it was working fine, bought it at midnight launch and everything.
There were some occasional "error something" that some had , but i never got any errors and neither did my friends.

But this kind of stuff is expected for games that require a constant online connection
Also, Diablo 3 broke PC selling record by selling more than 3 Million copies in 24 hours
