Only 3 of them are captains, since there were 3 holes. However I don't think any of them became vice captains.

That would kick kira, hinamori, and hisagi to the curb.

The Zero Squad will probably show up to stop the war before the entire world gets wiped out. That is my prediction anyways. Would make sense, but we are talking about Kubo here.
