I don't think everyone will go back to being normal just from knocking her out imo, that would be too easy.
That would also mean that she would need to stay awake 24/7 to keep everyone under control, she wouldn't be able to sleep at all

think about all those characters turned into toys...against the don quioxte family. it would be unreal if doflamingo takes them all on and barely comes out. i wanna see the true epicness of doflamingo
