He might need to get a stronger power supply to support two cards.

Plus, vRam doesn't stack, so you only get 4gb with two 770s. The 3gb of the 780ti run incredibly fast and you can overclock that bitch to perform like a gtx Titan.

You don't have to overclock a 780ti to outperform a Titan.
The 780ti is already more powerful.
