Recently discovered that I'm terrified of being trapped in a relatively small space without the means to kill myself before dehydration/starvation/lack of oxygen.

Probably heights and open water.

I'm not particularly fond of anything startling... but apart from that, I don't think I have phobias so much as reasonable amounts of aversion to pain/death.

Claustrophobia would definitely be one; the worse thing I can think of is being buried, alive, upside down. ;~;

Total silence is another thing that creeps me out.

Well I'm not really scared of it, it just makes me feel uneasy and itchy.

Sounds more like revulsion than fear. I think that's kinda common today. Most "horror" movies are more likely to disgust me than scare me.

Sounds more like revulsion than fear. I think that's kinda common today. Most "horror" movies are more likely to disgust me than scare me.

The only reason I don't watch horror movies is because of jump scares. I swear one day I will get a heart attack from one. Other than that nothing in a horror movie really tends to scare me. Unless it's a psychological thriller that makes you think deep enough about how the whatever it may was carried out.
