I recently asked around a few people I know on some recommended reading (at least from Jump). Seeing as the only things i'm keeping up with are the Big 3 and the occasional Fairy Tail chapter.

Toriko, Hunter x Hunter, and Gintama were the answers I got. Now that Reborn! has ended i'd like to start something else. Hunter x Hunter sounds great, but I feel that since it's on hiatus so much I shouldn't really bother even though that allows time to catch up. Toriko sounds goofy and right up my alley, but i'd like to hear from others first.

Are you looking for mostly action-orientated stuff?

Shingeki no Kyojin - art is pretty shit in the beginning but it does get a LOT better in later chapters.
Claymore
Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer
Shin Angyo Onshi
Vinland Saga
Vagabond
Berserk
Gantz
Shamo
Zetman
Dogs: Bullets & Carnage
Blade of the Immortal

General Recommendations:
Goodnight Punpun - depressing but also can be quite hilarious. Probably my favourite manga atm.
20th Century Boys - amazing psychological thriller and an absolute page turner. Highly recommend you check this out.
The World God Only Knows - starts of as kind of harem-ish but it's evolved into something so much better now.
Uzumaki - disturbing and creepy.... but kind of in a good way.
Otoyomegatari - worth reading just from the art alone.

Heard Uzumaki is pretty good. Started reading Hungry Joker today, and will probably start on Toriko in the next few weeks. Really liking Hungry Joker so far, and I believe it took up the vacant spot in WSJ left by the completion of Reborn!

I thought Claymore had ended? Well might as well hop on the wagon. It's easier to catch up on monthly series.
