Where do you think the fifth gen Camaro got its taillights from? I happen to think it looks like the Ferrari 599:

The drift king doesn't like the corvette either:

The rhythmic part he's talking about is the amount that it starts to lose grip and slide, meaning it's unpredictable. They say a good benchmark is the S2000 or the 350Z which slide more evenly.

So I just got back from my weekly car meet, and my friend got my Z sponsored without my permission lol. The reason is these:

Free headers! Now I know what my first mod will be!

It doesn't matter how shiny they are because I was told to wrap them with fabric to keep the heat in. But now I'm thinking about getting a whole new exhaust for myself and having this installed at the same time.

Who doesn't? I'd settle for the classic Zeta Gundam.

Re: What do you drive?

So I've been thinking about whether to keep the Z or not again, and how much I want to modify it, if at all. The reason being I am truly planning to enter AutoX this year. All that time wanting to be a part of racing, I can wait no longer. The thing is, I want to be competitive which means if I modify my car even slightly, I'll be running in a class with turbos and superchargers...there's also the matter of the 350 being any good at it. I've thought about better cars and some seem to keep popping up. I've always wanted a corvette, regardless of the year, and they would be very fast. My club leader recommended I should switch to AWD turbos, which are very competitive. While it's depressing that I might not install those headers because of this, or even have to sell the Z, don't you think it's exciting? ME, FINALLY RACING. I've been hooked on road racing games since....well most of my life. It's a damn shame that I waited this long to try, but I say better late than never.

Have you guys ever driven or been a passenger in a mid engine car before? I'd like to go try one out. Something cheap and slow at first. Like this one:

Then after a handful of years, I'll be ready for a faster MR car.
