[Multi-Plat] The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a role-playing video game being developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fifth installment in The Elder Scrolls action role-playing video game series, following The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It is scheduled to be released on November 11, 2011 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Skyrim's main story revolves around the player character's efforts to defeat the nordic dragon god Alduin who is prophesied to destroy the world. Set two hundred years after Oblivion, the game takes place in the land of Skyrim in the midst of a civil war after the assassination of the high king. The open world gameplay of the Elder Scrolls series is continued in Skyrim, as the player character can explore the land at will and ignore or postpone the main quest indefinitely.

I'd probably squeal.

It'll brobably get a 20 to 33% discount at the least.

Sadly i have to rent the game first but then i will buy.

im gonna pirate it first to see if i want to buy it...i didnt get into dragon age, so i would hate to play skyrim and find its a waste of $60

but im still pretty damn excited about it :)

with a game like skyrim you wont be dissapointed, it will be brilliant to play.

Dragon age is a load of wank, played it and disliked it.. felt crap.

I don't pirate games, I would feel dirty.

But I can understand why you would want to make sure.

I'm pretty confident in the game at this point though, it may be rough at launch, buy I'm sure it won't dissapoint.

i wont get to watch it the first time, but the second time ill be all over it, think they are showing at like 2 and 6 or something?

I'm just gonna wait til next year for the inevitable GOTY edition that has all DLC packed into it all for the same price as launch price, and I get to enjoy a social life for one more year. That and I have yet to even play Morrowind or Oblivion which I bought on Steam last year.

Oh and GT's 1 hour streaming is a joke. Elder-Geek is running a full 48 hour marathon for Child's Play.

So if you want to watch a lot of Skyrim, that is the place to do it, and it benefits sick kids who don't have the opportunity to play Skyrim.

Sometime on Friday, but that is weak compared to other places. I know a place that is streaming for two whole days and they have backing from Bethesda to boot.
