What is D:DC?


basically it's an minimalistic rts with a strategy map ala Total War but with a policy decision mechanic and bloody awesome characters!
You can also marry one of 4 princesses (it were 5 but the imp princess died by blowing herself up) :)

BTW the reviews so far are pretty good.

So D:DC came out few days ago. Anyone else have it?

Game looks interesting, especially the interaction and choices.
The only thing that doesn't look as interesting is the RTS aspect from what i saw on TBs video back when he posted it, don't know if they tuned it up a bit more but it looked very dull.

Not the dragon aspect though, just the mindless select units and zerg rush enemy

Yup the rts is really simplistic but not bad actually.
A part only last about 5 minutes so it doesn't go dull especially when using the dragonform :)
They are more fun in the beginning though because as a player you have a real problem with the micromanaging since the units have no autocast of abilities... so you square off equally in the beginning but later the PC has far better odds in the fight since he cast the abilities without problems while the player can't which is also point when zergrushing no longer works...
You than have to use your units as ground occupation force while you use your dragonform to erradicate your enemies which is actually really fun.
