Less of a memory hog, better/more settings for private trackers, more queue control.

That, and BakaBT doesn't support newer versions of uTorrent where as it fully supports Deluge.

I'm wondering how they'll differentiate from "illegal" peer to peer to something that's not through the internet. Cause games often use Peer to peer for updating, so how can they tell the upload/download rates are not that or something from a torrent.

if anything people will look for a new provider that doesn't enforce this and the providers change their ways back if the client loss is too great.

I assume that ISP have ways to check any little detail on what connection you are making and just go from there.
I'm sure they would find weird when they see that you are streaming content from the same thing everyday.
